In fact they were born in Bournemouth in the 90s, and ShakeAway is thrilled to be finally opening in Poole (on Monday 4th August) for the 15th UK ShakeAway Shop. The Dolphin Shopping Centre store, located on Kingland Crescent, will be home to the new ShakeAway Franchise, owned by Michele Venton. After creating what has grown to over 150 flavours of MilkShakes, ShakeAway has become the iconic blender of Snickers, Dime Bars, Real Bananas, Jam Doughnuts, Oreo Cookies, Apple Pies and many, many more. With dairy-free options, allergy information, gluten-free lists and fantastic combinations, ShakeAway is a great place to visit for something naughty or not-so naughty. Having grown from the first shop in Bournemouth in 1999, ShakeAway expects to have around twenty shops in the UK by the end of this year, and has even opened franchised outlets in Australia and New Zealand. Bournemouth-based franchisors Rob Hazell & Peter Moody are still as enthusiastic about the famous Blue and Yellow Cups of ShakeAway which have become the must-have item.
